Arrived on time and is a really lovely watch.

I rarely write reviews, however I felt compelled to write one for this company as I have rarely expierienced such exceptional customer service both before and after purchase.
I recently bought a watch off their website and had it delivered to Northern Ireland in less than 24 hours, unfortunately the watch size wasn't suitable and I returned a few days later under their 30 day return policy.
Staff I spoke to were on both occasions were polite, courteous and helpful. The refund was dealt with promptly and they even refunded the return cost of the Royal Mail next day delivery !!
If only all businesses were ran with a similar ethos. Sadly I didn't keep my purchase this time, however any future purchase will be through this company. They certainly lived up to their name, First Class Watches, First Class Service !!

This Garmin Instinct 3 replaces my old Fenix 6. Both watches bought from here, excellent fast despatch and delivery both times. Very pleased with the Instinct, like the look of it and love the torch.

I was initially drawn to this watch by its striking aesthetics. However, while awaiting its arrival, I encountered several less-than-positive reviews. Concerns were raised about the watch's price point (around £600) not including a sapphire crystal and the use of an older, less accurate movement. These points ultimately led me to return the watch and opt for a Tissot instead. The return process itself was straightforward and hassle-free, although the promised refund for shipping costs has yet to materialise.

Always great service. Product arrived very quickly and was well packaged. Would highly recommend this Company.

The watch was as shown. Only two niggles the date widow is too small. Reducing the stainless steel strap confusing as connecters have slots witch would indicate they are screwed in. They are just driven in. A brief indication how to reduce the stainless bracelet would be helpful.

This really is a stunning looking watch. I deliberated over this for some time, it wasn’t until I read it also included the black silicone strap as well that I went for it.
I like the simple face which at the swipe of a finger I get access to all the data I need.
Choosing to get the strap adjusted at my local market rather than their offer to do it free that way I knew it would be spot on
The watch looks very smart as a dress watch and very well balanced as a fitness device for my running and cycling
Worth spending the extra on in my opinion.
The presentation box is also worthy of a mention.

A lovely watch - was a little sceptical as to how much better than the fenix 7 this would be - but it's absolutely worth it ! The display is brillant and vibrant.
Ordered my previous fenix watch from First Class Watches and this one too !
