I could not be happier with the level of service. My Junghans Max Bill Chronoscope is a masterpiece, and came immaculate in a very thoughtful package. I will definitely buy more timepieces from First Class.

What a fantastic service, from placing my wrist watch order with Erin on Saturday 15th November to receiving it on Tuesday 18th, I am absolutely delighted. Erin was very professional, pleasant and helpful and answered all my questions. The Bering watch that I chose is perfect and it's description was correct. Great service from FCW as my Tsar Bomba wasn’t working properly, so I printed out a label and sent it immediately, I received an update the next day explaining the issue then it was sent back to me yesterday, I’ve only just opened the box and it works perfectly now, many thanks.

Generally excellent quality; much better than my 40year old Tissot. Amazingly accurate and very light for a diver's watch.
Two shortcomiungs: 1. The rotating bezel sounds like a cheap ratchet spanner. 2. There are three (!) different types of 'brushed steel'.... The bracelet links are excellent, almost satin finish, the bracelet catch is 'normal' brushed steel and the watch sides are quite frankly crude. They look more like machining marks than 'brushing' and they lower the standard to four stars.
