Last week I gave a 2-star intermediate review of my purchase because a wrong watch had been delivered. After returning the wrong product to FCW I was told that a replacement would be ordered and delivered to me. One week later (today) I received the new watch. I appreciate the efficiency of FCW in resolving this matter, and thank their staff members who were polite and helpful.

Great watch strap, the vegan Grape leather feels very good quality and is more supple than the original leather strap supplied with the watch. It looks great in Red and has given my watch a new lease of life. Very quick delivery also.

Awesome sports watch that accurately records all my activities without breaking the bank. Beautifully simple without the other stuff that I never needed. Suunto app is also decent with maps, customised watch faces etc all downloaded to the 32gb of memory. Stainless Steel watch, Sapphire glass, 10 atm water resistant and an impressive battery life makes this a great buy at the £400 mark undercutting some of the bigger brands considerably.
